While the Doodle Ink Refill Kiosk is easy to use and menu driven, training is initially provided on site after installation for all staff that will be operating the machine. This includes a general background on cartridges, the different types, and how to easly recognize the them. Staff are provided with hands-on training sessions to familiarize them with the operation of the kiosk, testing, cleaning, filling, and packaging procedures. In one extended session staff can be ready to refill the most common and popular cartridge types. Training guide materials are also provided for quick reference. As well, support staff are always only a call away.
